WHO ARE MCMAHON BUILDERS?
McMahon Builders is an experienced building company situated in Warkworth, Rodney, North of Auckland
We’re passionate about all aspects of building, believing strongly in delivering high-quality work at very affordable prices and on time. There’s nothing worse than a budget blowout and building projects that drag on, these cost you money and cause you stress. Through our processes, we seek to eliminate this downside and have your project carried out within the price stated and in the time frame agreed upon.

We’ve completed countless projects from architecturally designed homes, major renovations such as restoring villas, alterations such as additions to homes, bathrooms, minor dwellings, sheds, retail fit-outs and a wide range of outdoor structures such as decks and covered entertaining areas.

WAYDE MCMAHON
Director
Wayde is a fully qualified and licensed builder who has over 25 years of experience in the trade. He learnt his craft working for a reputable local builder who specialised in high-end homes before starting his own company. Wayde is passionate about high-quality workmanship and ensuring he is at the forefront of the latest design, materials and products. He has built a strong reputation for attention to detail and communication.
SAM ADAMS
Project Manager
Sam is a fully qualified and licensed builder with over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand building industry. He worked for the same reputable local builder as Wayde before joining McMahon Builders as a foreman and for the past 10 years as a project manager. Sam thrives on ensuring builds run seamlessly, he has a strong reputation for building relationships with clients and contractors, communicating clearly every step of the way. He is a well-organised problem solver with an eye for detail which he combines with precision workmanship.
OUR FOREMEN.
All our foremen are fully qualified and experienced builders who coordinate with the project manager to ensure all projects run smoothly, on time and to budget. They all have great working relationships with our subcontractors. They are problem solvers who are passionate about the trade and committed to producing high-quality workmanship
